AIS 13th Annual Art Gala

Each year, our Gala is Austin International School’s biggest fundraising event of the year 
and is not to be missed! 

Our community comes together to celebrate the unique international environment and support the advancement efforts of the school. The event will include a silent and live auction full of wonderful packages and experiences. Fundraising from the Gala supports teacher tuition discounts, expands educational programming, and allows for school improvements and enhancements.

INDIVIDUAL TICKETS

Gen Admission: $220
General admission includes one (1) ticket to our amazing event with dinner and three (3) drink tickets. Please note that after entering a ticket quantity, you will be prompted to enter a guest name(s).

Teacher Ticket Fund: $220
Would you like the opportunity to express gratitude to our teachers who go above and beyond for you or your child at AIS. As we all know, these individuals dedicate their time and energy to ensuring our students receive the best education and support possible.

Are you looking for the perfect way to say "thank you" for their dedication and hard work? We are excited to introduce the Teach Ticket Fund, a meaningful initiative designed to honor our educators.

With the Teach Ticket Fund, you can purchase one or more tickets in honor of our teachers. These tickets will grant them access to our upcoming gala, allowing them to enjoy a well-deserved evening free of charge.

Your contribution will not only show appreciation for their efforts but also contribute to fostering a supportive and appreciative environment within our school community. Let's come together to celebrate and recognize the tireless work of our teachers.

$12,000 Torchbearer:
Includes a premiere table for ten (10), with 4 tickets per guest, an invitation to the VIP Pre-Party, valet parking, a premiere table host gift, a two-page, full-color advertisement in the gala program, stand-alone event signage, a shout-out in our social media stories, and recognition in the invitation and program, in all pre-event press releases, and on the AIS website for one year.

$6,000 Flagbaerer:
Includes a premiere table for eight (8), 4 tickets per guest, an invitation to the VIP Pre-Party, valet parking, a premiere table host gift, a one-page, full-color advertisement in the gala program, event signage, a shout-out in our social media stories, and recognition in the invitation and program, in all pre-event press releases, and on the AIS website for one year.

$3,000 Gold Medal:
Includes a premiere table for six (6), 4 drink tickets per guest, an invitation to the 2024 Gala VIP Pre-Party, valet parking, a premiere table host gift, a 1/2-page full-color advertisement in the gala program, a name or logo included in event signage, a shout-out in our social media stories, and recognition in the invitation and program, in all pre-event press releases, and on the AIS website for one year.

$1,600 Silver Medal:
Includes 4 gala tickets, 4 drink tickets per guest, an invitation to the 2024 Gala VIP Pre-Party, valet parking, a name or logo included in event signage, a shout-out in our social media stories, and recognition in the invitation and program, in all pre-event press releases, and on the AIS website for one year.

$800 Bronze Medal:
Includes 2 gala tickets, 4 drink tickets per guest, an invitation to the 2024 Gala VIP Pre-Party, a name or logo included in event signage, a shout-out in our social media stories, and recognition in the invitation and program, in all pre-event press releases, and on the AIS website for one year.

 UNERWRITING OPPORTUNITIES

Are you interested in supporting the gala while ensuring that every dollar raised from the auction directly benefits AIS and our educators? If you're not aiming to reserve a table and prefer a more substantial tax deduction, consider becoming one of our underwriters.

As an underwriter, you'll receive two (2) tickets to the 13th Annual Art Gala, granting access to the VIP reception, and valet parking. Additionally, your support will be acknowledged in the Gala program as well as in all pre-event press releases and prominently recognized on our website for the duration of a year.
