Afterschool Care
At AIS we believe all of us have the power to create positive change. Afterschool staff are here to educate and inspire youth through daily interactions. Our goal is to ensure families that their children are being taken care of in a safe, positive, and fun way.
After school care is offered to parents on a yearly (payable in monthly installments). During after school care, children are divided by age groups across the two playgrounds and are under the supervision of our activity specialists. Activities may include costumes, games, drawing, story time, and outside play.
Schedule:
- Monday, Tuesday, Thursday and Friday - 3:45 until 6:00pm
- Wednesday - 2:45 until 6:00pm
Annual Flat Rate Fee:
$900 for Cycle 1 (PS-GS) Fall Semester - Yearly flat rate $1800
$800 for Cycles 2, 3, and 4 (CP-4e) Fall Semester - Yearly flat rate $1600
Payments can be made yearly, by semester, or monthly. If you select the monthly plan, charges will occur monthly to your FACTS account on a 9-month schedule from August to April.
*Once you have registered, you will be committed to the full semester or yearly rate despite attendance or withdrawal needs.

Polices:
- Children must be picked up by 6:00 p.m. A charge of $5 per minute is in effect for pick up after 6:00pm (no exceptions).
- Toys from home are not allowed
- Healthy snack from home is encouraged and will be allowed during this time
